Through the Charleston Gaillard Center’s Education Program, more than 89,000 students have experienced the performing arts within the Martha & John M. Rivers Performance Hall, with nearly 61,000 students attending completely free of charge, including the cost of bus transportation. Staff educators, artists-in-residence, and teaching artists have taught more than 1,100 in-school workshops to students throughout the Lowcountry.
